REWARDS TERMS

Sign in before checkout to earn points. Points are earned after a qualifying paid order. Shipping, tax, discounts, and store-credit-funded amounts do not earn points. Refunds and cancelled orders can reverse points earned on those purchases.

Points and store credit are separate balances. Rewards are available only while the mapped product and selected size are in stock. One clothing reward can be used per order. Shipping and applicable tax remain payable on free-item rewards. Points used for a cancelled, failed, or fully refunded reward order are returned to the account.

The $10 CAD welcome credit is issued once per eligible account after email verification. Its first use requires an eligible WooPayments card that has not already claimed a KROW welcome offer. Store credit applies to merchandise; any unused balance stays in the account. It cannot be topped up, transferred, or paid out in cash.
