At KROW, we are committed to providing high quality products and a premium customer experience. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item does not meet our return requirements, it will not be approved for a refund. KROW reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy.

Non Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery. Items returned in such condition will be refused and will not be refunded.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds only apply to items that pass inspection. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. KROW is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item if eligible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Refused Returns

Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded. Depending on the situation, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
